Specialist Crew LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of learners using ABA Mock Prep (abamockprep.com). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how it is secured, and your legal rights under applicable privacy frameworks including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Credentials: Email address, encrypted authentication tokens, and chosen public alias/tagname.
• Learning & Telemetry Data: Exam selections (RBT, BCaBA, BCBA), quiz attempts, response times, domain accuracy scores, flashcard mastery statuses, and leaderboard points (XP).
• Payment Information: Processed entirely and securely through our PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor, Stripe, Inc. Specialist Crew LLC never receives, handles, or stores your raw credit card numbers.
• Technical & Log Data: Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser user-agent, operating system, and security rate-limiting timestamps used for fraud prevention and service stability.
• User Communications: In-app customer support requests, error reports submitted about question items, and feedback forms.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your information strictly for the following legitimate purposes:

• Providing the personalized study engine, weak-spot recommendations, and full-length timed mock exams;
• Delivering critical account notices, secure password resets, and transactional receipt emails via Resend;
• Displaying gamification rankings and study streaks on the Leaderboard using strictly anonymous aliases;
• Preventing unauthorized scraping, account credential sharing, and cyber threats;
• Operating generative AI tutor tools (queries sent to secure models are strictly non-training and contain no student PII).

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We work exclusively with vetted, industry-leading infrastructure partners who are contractually bound to confidentiality:

• Supabase: Encrypted cloud database and authentication services.
• Stripe: Payment gateway and subscription management.
• Resend: Transactional email delivery infrastructure.
• Vercel: Web hosting and serverless execution.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at main@myspecialistcrew.com, and we will promptly delete such records.

6. Your Privacy Rights & Data Deletion

Regardless of your location, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or request full account deletion. You can initiate account deletion at any time via your Account Settings or by emailing client@abamockprep.com.
