By accessing and using ABA Mock Prep, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our application.

2. Educational Purposes Only

ABA Mock Prep is an independent study tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB®).The materials provided are for educational purposes and do not guarantee a passing score on any official examination.

3. User Accounts, Subscriptions & Communications

Some features require a premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed automatically. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, but we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

By creating an account, you explicitly consent to receive transactional, educational, and promotional email communications from ABA Mock Prep. This includes study reminders, progress reports, referral updates, and marketing offers. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our services. This includes attempting to scrape our question bank, reverse-engineer our AI, or harass other users on the leaderboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

ABA Mock Prep is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages or exam failures resulting from the use of our platform.
